Bus services to and from the Newton Park Campus near Bath are provided through First Bus. There is a good working relationship between First Bus and the University and there have been a number of positive enhancements to the service in recent years. For 2013 this includes the installation of Real Time Information (RTI) screens at the University bus stops, the use of double-deckers of the main 15 route, the adoption of a new and easy to understand timetable and a new 15a service into Oldfield Park

Service 15:

For travel between Newton Park and Bath look out for the service 15 which operates up to every 15 minutes during University terms. This service takes you direct from Newton Park, through Newbridge, Windsor Bridge (convenient for Charlton Court /Waterside Court) along Lower Bristol Road (convenient for Oldfield Park) and through into the City Centre and the Bus Station. The buses operate throughout the day and operate until around 3am in the morning.

Service 15A:

During term time periods the University also funds an additional direct route into Oldfield Park. The service 15A operates on an hourly basis.

Please be aware that timetables change between holiday and term dates.

Services 338 & X39:

First Bus also operates services 338 and X39. These routes connect Bath and Bristol and operate on a frequent basis with the closest stop to Newton Park being the Globe roundabout.  From there, it is an easy 20 minute walk up the driveway to the Newton Park campus, or you can catch the service 15 or 15A up the drive without needing to buy another ticket... just present your 338 or X39 ticket to the driver.
