Personal Statement:

I have a part-time post at Bath Spa as Senior Lecturer in Early Years and teach on a range of modules across the Primary PGCE, (particularly the Part-time Early Years programme, on which I am a professional tutor) and the undergraduate Education Studies degree. This work is complimented by my other part-time job as a Behaviour Support Teacher(Early Years)for Bristol Children and Young Peoples Services, providing advice, support and training in nursery schools and early years/children's centres on all aspects of teaching and learning in relation to social, emotional and behavioural needs. I am also the SEAL consultant(Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning, part of the Primary National strategy) for Bristol early years settings.
