Personal Statement:
I work at Bath Spa University as a Technical Demonstrator in the Artswork MusicLab.
I'm also gradually building a client base as a freelance producer / engineer in the folk and acoustic music field.
Recent Clients include:
• Nizlopi (inc. work on the infamous "JCB song")
• Jackie Leven (Engineering on his forthcoming album)
• Flook (Engineering on "Haven".)
• New Vic Theatre (Original score for a production of "To Kill A Mockingbird")
• Larmer Tree Festival, Didmarton Bluegrass festival and Avalon Stage @ Glastonbury. (FOH Live sound engineering)
I also work as a freelance Audio consultant, and recently spoke on the Music Producers' Guild panel at the Northern Irish Music Industry Commission alongside Mick Glossop, Tony Platt, and Phil Harding.
For a bit of fun, I play Drums in reformed 80's Goth-Punk pioneers 'Ausgang', with whom I play shows all over the Europe and the States, including the infamous CBGBs club in New York and the Wave Gottik Treffen festival in Leipzig.
