Personal Statement:
I started working within a HR environment in 2000, gaining experience in both the public and private sectors as a generalist and consultant. Past key specialisms include Employee Relations, Diversity and Information Management. My areas of special interest include The Psychological Contract, Change Management, Psychometrics, Training and providing options to business solutions.
Past organisations where I have worked include: B and NES Council, Makro, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, Territorial Army, Indesit and Prudential. I have also had assignments working at Bath and Glamorgan University.
