Personal Statement:
I work as Senior Human Resources Advisor and am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
My role involves working in partnership with a number of schools and departments of the University to ensure the delivery of their school/departmental business plans. I advise managers on recruitment strategy, management of attendance and sickness absence, underperformance issues and other HR matters and answer staff questions in connection with their employment
In September 2006 I became a committee member of the CIPD Bath and West Wiltshire branch.
