How do I advertise a voluntary role?

JustV is Bath Spa Students’ Union’s volunteering service. If the opportunity is being advertised by a charity or not-for-profit organisation you can advertise with JustV through CareerHub.

Just V offers 3 types of voluntary roles:

  • On-going Opportunities: Individual students volunteering on a regular basis with a specific charity or organisation, eg befrienders or museum volunteers
  • Volunteering Projects: Teams or individual students volunteering with a charity or organisation to complete a specific, time-limited task, eg volunteers to organise and run an event
  • ‘Quickies’: Teams of students volunteering for up to a day to have a ‘blitz’ on a particular task for a charity or organisation in the Bath area, eg painting or gardening.

For On-going Opportunities and Individual projects, please register your vacancy through CareerHub. For team projects or Quickies, please contact justv@bathspa.ac.uk to discuss the opportunity.

Unfortunately we can’t promote international volunteering programmes or campus-based fundraising or campaigning opportunities. This is because they may clash with, or duplicate student-led fundraising or campaigning groups.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Susan at Just V via 01225 876296
