MA Fine Art student James Thornton presents his first solo show, All That Is Far, at Bath Artist Studios this week.
A multi-disciplinary collection of new works, All That is Far explores such notions as the need to better oneself, to desire, and the drive for progress. These are questioned through ideas of home and belonging, and how the things we dream about, the fantasies we have, are being affected through this and technology.
The show runs until 27 February in the Roper Gallery.
