Christopher Britton – Bath Spa University

Personal statement

I graduated from Rose Bruford in 2002. I have since worked nationally as a Scenic Designer, Set builder, Prop maker and Scenic Artist on multiple projects. These include Theatre, Film and TV as well as public events and festivals for companies such as The Bristol Old Vic, Cosgrove Hall Films and the Queens Golden Jubilee.

I now lecture full time on the Theatre and Digital Production course at Bath Spa, teaching Scenography to years one, two and three students on the undergraduate course. I thoroughly enjoy working with enthusiastic, creative people and my passion is to help students fulfill their ambitions within Theatre Production and the wider industry.
