Personal statement

Richard joined the University in 2011 as a Facilities and Operations Manager within the Estates Department. In 2014 he took over the role of Head of Estates & Services.

Richard is responsible for providing the strategic development of the University for Estates & Services, which includes responsibilities for:

Maintenance and Refurbishment Projects
Grounds
Major Capital Projects.

Facilities and Services:

Cleaning
Porterage
Parking
Central Services
Transport.

Sustainability.
