The Model Publication Scheme for Education - Universities (.pdf) states that BSU is expected as a minimum to provide financial information for the current and previous two financial years.
Funding and Income
Latest annual accounts and annual budget (as appears in the final accounts), detailing funding and income (such as Funding Council grants, tuition fees, endowment, rents and investment income) are published yearly; accounts for earlier years and related material may also be found on the Finance web-pages.
Budgetary and Account Information
Planning and budgeting procedures are described in the papers of the Board of Governors, and also in the papers of the Academic Board, in the course of its providing advice to the Board of Governors on resource matters. Details can be found online in the annual accounts and annual budget.

Information about staff pay and grading, pensions, benefits, and travel and subsistence may be found on the Human Resources website.
Register of Suppliers
The University classes any individual or company who invoices us as a supplier. Registers of suppliers relating to specific areas of provision may be obtained from the Information Officer.

Research Funding
The University has received research grants and/or doctoral bursaries from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) in History, English, Creative Writing, Art and Design, Study of Religions, Geography and Music. The University has also gained research grants from other major national funders, such as the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), The Leverhulme Trust, British Academy, Arts Council, and many other charitable or commercial organisations.
