Guide to Using Web Templates

Our website has been designed from the ground up to be one of the easiest to edit.  Whereas previous versions of this site relied on heavily laden templates, the current site has minimalist templates consisting of just a few lines of code.  This section will explain the templates and how they work, as well as assist you in using them to create your website.

It should be noted that lessons in Microsoft FrontPage are given by the IT Trainers in Newton Park Library, and not Information Services.  These pages exists as a technical reference only, and assume a basic knowledge of XHTML.

Website Maintenance and Publishing

Our website is published every weekday between 13:00h and 14:00h.  You should not edit any web page between those times, as doing so will slow down the publishing process.
