What different opportunities are available?

The Professional Master's Programme (PMP) is flexible and can be studied, Full-time or Part-time, offering a variety of awards with a route to a recognised Master's award. The flow chart below shows the basic structure of the PMP:

For those who wish to study on the full-time Master's programme there are opportunities to study educational issues in depth, covering policy, practice and education theory within an international context.

More information about the full-time programme can be found at the link below:

The Part-time PMP offers a variety of awards: some vocational and others which can be tailored to suit whole-school development issues as well as the individual interests of serving teachers. In the case of the latter, members of the CPD team are available for consultations to ensure that Professional Development programmes meet the stated needs of schools, teachers and their pupils. The range of part-time awards may be found below:

Whether you choose a full-time or part-time programme will depend on your individual circumstances and needs.

Whichever programme you wish to follow, there will be an opportunity to meet the award leader or tutor prior to registration to discuss the various options which might be appropriate to your interests. These can be arranged by contacting Ana Bertolossi in the CPD Administration Office.
