CRESL - Future Plans

1. The Centre intends to bid with Science Learning Centre South West and Bristol LA for an AstraZeneca Science Teaching Trust 'innovative project' in February 2008, built upon the Active Learning in Primary Science (ALPS) model, with a stronger focus on impact evaluation and dissemination of good practice.
   
2. The Centre is currently developing a book proposal for Pearson educational publishers, aimed at early years practitioners and those in training, to support them in developing science-rich activities for young children. It will be rooted in empirical research in teacher education and early years settings.
