Student Survey
At Bath Spa University, we are committed to excellence in education and for this reason we want you to tell us what we are doing well and how things can be improved at an earlier stage so that we can make a difference to your experience as a student at the University.
At present the National Student Survey asks final year students to provide anonymous feedback on their courses by asking questions on the following topics:
- Teaching on my course
- Assessment and feedback
- Academic support
- Organisation and management
- Learning resources
- Personal development
- Overall satisfaction
From April 2009 we introduced an annual student survey for first and second years which mirrors the questions in the National Student Survey. Honest and considered answers are essential, so that we can use your experiences to help shape education programmes for the future.The data will be processed by an external agency, QuestBack, and will remain anonymous. The results from this years survey will be published in May 2010 on the BSU website, followed up with a "you said ...we did" page later the year. .
