Documentation and templates
Academic Office with coordinate distribution of documentation to the reapproval panels as follows:
- Student handbook - provided by course team
- Examples of 40 credit module handbooks - one at level 4 and one at level 5
- Programme specification - this is not a separate document but should be embedded in the Student Handbook
- Briefing note - provided by course team (see pages 1/2 of Process for reapproval of the scheme and modules)
- Guidance to approval panels on reapproval process - provided by Academic Office
- Role of panel members - provided by Academic Office
- Guide for Students 2009/10 - provided by Academic Office
Copies of documentation to be provided by the course team should be sent to Academic Office no later than three weeks before the relevant reapproval event - please ensure you provide sufficient copies for each member of the panel, plus one extra. Schedule of panel information contains details of panel composition by event.

Schedule of Reapproval Events
Reapproval Panels
Panels will comprise the following:

Course Leaders should provide two nominees in each category - external academic and employer/industry representative - to Academic Office by 1 December. Academic Office will contact potential panel members on your behalf to confirm availability. At this stage you do not need to contact nominees, only provide Academic Office with contact details.
