When you are visiting Moreton hall to enjoy your food or just relax, you are in a beautiful building in beautiful surroundings that was once a main hall & theatre for lectures and shows & now grown into a bright modern eating and social learning area catering for all.
Set in lovely grounds Moreton offers 'eat in' or Al fresco dining with a takeaway service for those on the move. This area has also been very flexible in providing services for seminars, presentations during out of term time or weekends.
The variety of menus reflect the cornucopia of world food bringing together a variety of dishes from Caribbean to continental to the more traditional by using many spices, herbs and seasoning for a real taste experience.
In addition the Deli @ Moreton offers a range of hot & cold items ranging from paninis, baguettes, filled wraps, ciabatta, crepes, & lunch items finished off with coffee bean to cup latte, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, spice chai, & vast tea selection, all Fairtrade or rainforrest.
To compliment the food and hot drink offer we have many of the well known Branded drinks and mineral water which is linked to charity donations for each sale.

So, When Are We Open?
Moreton building is open Monday to Friday from..08:30h to 22:30h for use as a social study, meeting place in a warm bright area with wi-fi, plasma screen, and food & drink vending to see you through (please note that video cameras are operative for your security).
The Deli @ Moreton opens 08:30h to 17:00h Monday to Thursday (16:00h on Fridays)
Eat @ Moreton main food service opens 12:00h midday to 14:00h Monday to Friday.
Vending is in operation in Newton building, Library, Theatre foyer, Moreton hall , Corston archway, Harrington walkway. Open days & graduation will have extended opening times.
Live Theatre Station
This new innovative way of seeing the chef cooking on the counter will enhance our offer & give you the chance of seeing your dish created.
This will be two days per week with 'Chefs Special' soups & chunky breads on offer the remainder. We have many other creative ideas for this area but as it is 'Cooked Live' there may be a bit more waiting time - Have Fun with Food!
