Welcome to the Bath Spa University Human Resources home page. The Human Resources department currently has seven staff:

What we provide
The services that Human Resources supply include recruitment and selection, probation and promotion, staff learning and development, employee relations, staff development and review, reward management, equality and diversity, management information, employment contracts, terms and conditions of employment and human resources policies and procedures.
