The University meets regularly with both unions, both collectively (via the JCNC - Joint Consultative and Negotiating Committee) and separately (via Academic and Support CIGs - Common Interest Groups) to consult on issues concerning employee relations, terms and conditions of employment and Institutional initiatives that have significant impact on the staff as a whole.
