Working Environment
You won't be surprised to find quite a few long-term members of staff at the University, in fact nearly 30% have been here for more than a decade - something we're extremely proud of. The fact that our people like it here and want to stay could be down to any number of things: ongoing career development where we help people to gain further qualifications or improve their skills to progress up the ladder; giving people the recognition they deserve for the work they do; being flexible when situations change; and of course our campus locations are pretty special too.
