The Job Shop is a service provided to current students at Bath Spa University. You may register with the service once you have started University and received your student registration ID.

How Does JOBS@bathspa Work?
- Register to view current vacancies. You will only be able to register when you have your BSU Student ID.
- The service will enable you to access suitable jobs within Bath Spa University and with external employers in Bath and the local area.
- Once you have registered with us you can view current vacancies from our web site.
- We send out a regular e-mail to all registered students to your Bath Spa email account, with an update of new vacancies and/or urgent jobs to be filled
- You will remain registered with the job shop whilst a student at BSU.

What We Can Do For You
- Offer you a one stop shop for all your employment needs from within the campus.
- Match your requirements to jobs, with hours to suit your timetable and study commitments.
- Give you the opportunity to develop your skills and test out different employment sectors before you graduate.

As a guide, we recommend that full time students work no more than 15 hours per week during term time to allow for their academic studies.
Careers Service
Remember to make full use of the Careers Service for information and guidance. The Careers Information Room contains a wide range of information ranging from:
- Vacation work;
- Work/study abroad options;
- Voluntary work/placement opportunities;
- Employer files;
- Job seeking advice (CV profiles, application and interview advice);
- postgraduate study;
- permanent jobs;
- occupational profiles.
