This site, from Elsevier, provides the full text of some 600 journals via a number of collections. The full text of these journals is generally available for 2006 and four previous years. Some titles go back to 1995.

The Library subscribes to the following collections:
- Agricultural and Biological Collection (148 titles)
- Earth & Planetary Sciences Collection (109 titles)
- Environmental Sciences Collection (78 titles)
- Psychology Collection (103 titles)
- Social Sciences Collection (161 titles)
Important Notes
- The first time you access ScienceDirect, it will ask you to register - this will only take a couple of minutes.
- In addition to these collections, you can search all of Elsevier's other titles though full text is not available.
- Availability of full text is indicated by a green book icon next to the journal title.
- You will need to check the Library catalogue and/or journals web pages to find out whether a particular unsubscribed journal is held elsewhere. If not, you may want to apply via interlibrary loans for a copy.
