Property Services
The University has two teaching sites within and around Bath. The larger campus, at Newton Park, is set in an historic landscape four miles west of Bath and is leased from the Duchy of Cornwall. The other is at Sion Hill in Bath where the University has freehold ownership of a large 1960's complex and a listed Georgian crescent. The University also has leasehold responsibilities for premises for premises at Corsham Court, North Wiltshire.
