WaysForward

What is WaysForward?

WaysForward is a fast, interactive self-help program designed to help with all kinds of personal and emotional dificulties.

How does it work?

WaysForward works by asking a set of questions that help you to notice and identify your existing skills and emotional resources for dealing with your situation. This enables you to think through your existing coping stratagies, encourages you to develop them further and perhaps consider developing new ones. It feeds back this information in a way that helps you to plan your next steps.

The program can be completed in about 20 minutes.
