National Student Money Week: 12th-16th March 2012
National Student Money Week (NSMW) is an exciting initiative for 2012, organised by National Association of Student Money Advisers. The week from 12th-16th March is being delivered at Bath Spa University by Student Support, (Student Services) and will highlight the range of financial support and advice and guidance available for students.
National Student Money Week Events
Tuesday 13th March, 2 to 3pm Newton G105
Applying for Means Tested Funding
• Don’t miss out on the funding you are entitled to, this workshop offers top tips for applying for Student Finance; when to make an application, what evidence is needed and what funding is available.
Thursday 15th March, 2 to 3pm Newton G105
Entitlement to the Special Support Grant
• If you are a lone parent or a disabled student you may be entitled to the Special Support Grant, which in turn may entitle you to additional state benefits. The workshop will explain what the Special Support Grant is and what additional funding may be available to you.
