Educational Course Costs

There are basic costs for all courses, such as books, stationery and photocopying. Some courses incur other costs, for example:

• Field trips
• Specialist equipment.

Studio Fees

Some Art and Design undergraduate courses are also subject to studio fees.

The studio fees cover course materials that you would otherwise have to provide yourself, and the cost is subsidised by the University:

• BA Fine Art: £135
• Graphic Communication: £140
• BA Ceramics: £260
• BA Fashion and Textiles: £260
• FD Digital Design (second years only): £128
• FD Fashion Design Skills: £150
• FD Fashion and Textile Design Skills (second year only): £225
• BA Creative Arts, Art module fee (per module): £32
• BA Creative Arts, Textiles module fee, (per module): £130

Creative Arts

• Students taking any Arts modules will pay the per module fee above;
• Students taking any textiles modules will pay the per module fee above;
• Students taking both the Arts and Textiles modules with pay of the above per module fees.
