Annual Access to Higher Education Student Conference 2012

Bath Spa University, the University of the West of England, the University of Bristol and the University of Bath, working closely with local further education colleges, have organised a FREE one-day conference for learners undertaking an Access to Higher Education Diploma.

The conference programme content is not specific to Bath Spa University but designed to be of interest to learners intending to progress to any programme at any university or higher education institution.

This conference will provide the opportunity for you to:

• meet representatives from Bath Spa University, the University of Bristol and the University of Bath
• meet and share your experiences with Access learners from other colleges
• meet former Access learners and find out ‘first-hand’ about life as a student in higher education
• catch up with the latest on fees and financial matters including grants, student loans, Access to Learning Funds, bursaries, scholarships
• be inspired by our interactive afternoon coaching session and much more...

Tea and coffee will be provided but please note lunch is not provided. However, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch or use university facilities.

Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
