The International Travel Fund – Bath Spa University

Broaden your horizons with international travel that supports your studies.

Are you hoping to embark on international travel placement or study trip abroad? If so, you could be eligible for up to £500 of funding to make your travel plans a reality.

Established in 2014, the Bath Spa University International Travel Fund is the amalgamation of several sources of funding, including:

  • The Wardle Fund
  • The Jill Radford Memorial Fund
  • The Mollie Humphreys Memorial Award, established in 1963 in memory of one of the founding members of Newton Park College.

"We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to complete our trip to Mumbai... Our documentary focuses on the charities The Hair Project and Oasis India, who work together to help victims of human trafficking and child abuse in Mumbai. The funding we received allowed us to cover the costs of our flights and accommodation. Without your grant we would not have been able to complete this project and for that we are all extremely thankful."

Thomas Minty, BA (Hons) Film, Television and Digital Production

Criteria
