What to Expect at our Open Days
Generally our Open Days run from 9am-4pm, and you are welcome to participate in as much or as little of the day as you wish. We send a programme out to you in the post two weeks prior to the event. This will also be available to download from this page of our website – via a link next to the Open Day you have booked on.
Find Out About Your Course
At our Open Days you’ll be able to speak to the course leader, staff and students of the course you are thinking of studying. There will also be specific subject talks, which you can attend to find out more about the course you’re interested in. Some courses offer you the chance to take part in a workshop or visit specialist off-site facilities.
Our student ambassadors will be present throughout the day to offer guided campus tours. All ambassadors are currently studying with us so are best equipped to inform you about what life is like as a student at Bath Spa University. Our Newton Park Open Days also have guided city coach tours which will allow you to explore the beautiful city of Bath.
During the day there will be a series of talks that provide key information about accommodation, jobs, finance, fees and much more. Support Staff representing our student services such as Finance, Housing and Student Support. will be available to answer any questions you may have relating to being a student at Bath Spa University.
You’ll have the opportunity to find out more about the various accommodation options available to you, including our halls and independent housing.
Access Guides for the campuses and buildings are available from Disabled Go.
