Aerial Boots

In her first year at Bath Spa University, Danielle Jones made £3,000 net profit, after setting up her aerial gaiters and trapeze boots company Aerial Boots (formerly Just Bobbing Along). She has customers worldwide in countries like the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Israel and Australia, and has impressively received a 100% 5-star satisfaction rate from her customers via her online Etsy shop.

XV Productions

Comprising four third year Bath Spa University students, Laurence Courage, Francesco Martinuzzi, Samuel Cheal and Henry Miller, XV Productions is aspiring to produce creative short films both for businesses and entertainment. The team’s first short film, Contingent, was named the best short film at their premiere in 2016.

Salty Sea Photography

Sarah Porteus won £1,000 and three months' mentoring in the 2016 Bath Sparks Graduate Venture Fund. Sarah founded Salty Sea Photography and developed it into a freelance business, catering for all the photography needs of weddings, family portraits and other event photography. Sarah's business focuses on having an ethical, green approach and likes to ensure every photo is natural.
