Why did you get involved with Bath Spa University and what was the outcome?
We carry out student recruitment twice each academic year, usually through the University’s Job Shop Service.
What are the tangible benefits for the business and the student?
For us, hiring students is a cost-effective way of providing longer opening hours and an enquiry service when permanent staff are not on duty. For students, their experience of taking responsibility, showing initiative, being flexible and reliable can be evidenced with real examples. The roles will have developed their skills for future employment.

It's positive – we often see that often younger students mature significantly during their time with us, and some blossom with confidence.
