Clearing students are guaranteed an offer of accommodation, once an applicant has made Bath Spa their firm choice university. From 16 July, new applicants will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to our remaining rooms.

We have a range of accommodation options, both on our Newton Park campus and in various locations around Bath, where you may be offered a place. Have a look below to find out more about each.
Lakeside accommodation is situated next to the Commons building with some rooms benefiting from a view of the Newton Park Campus Lake.
Gardens halls are the newest of our Newton Park campus halls, situated near the Students’ Union and Walled Garden.
Green Park House has been finished to a high standard, and offers a laundry room, bicycle storage facilities, a student common room, and a bookable study/meeting space.
Managed by UNITE, Waterside Court and Charlton Court neighbour each other on Lower Bristol Road and are just minutes away from our new Locksbrook campus.

If you have already applied for student finance but are going through Clearing, we recommend that you let Student Finance know that your details have changed as soon as possible.
If you haven’t applied for student finance yet, you should apply now to maximise your chances of having all the money available to you at the start of your course.
