Becky joined the University in 2018 and is responsible for student complaints. Her role includes answering queries about the complaints procedure and assisting with both informal and formal complaints.
Becky has previously worked at the University of Exeter and the University of Bath, and has worked in a variety of student engagement and student experience roles.
