Personal statement
Paul has been a lecturer at Bath Spa since 2016. Prior to this he held positions at Kingston University, Canterbury Christchurch University and the University of Kent.
He is a graduate of NUI Galway in Ireland, Kings College London and Kingston University.
Prior to undertaking a career in academia Paul held research positions in the Department of Justice in Ireland where he was Senior Researcher for the National Crime Council and the National Commission on Restorative Justice.
