Job: Works for the Royal Academy of Dance
Charlotte Bellotti is a recent graduate from Bath Spa University. She works full time as a dance teacher in a dance school in South London and is currently completing a Diploma in Teaching at the Royal Academy of Dance.
3 months after leaving university I gained full time employment at the Royal Academy of Dance headquarters working within the sales team. I was awarded the job after an application and interview through searching on-line job advertisements.
Alongside my RAD work I have also become a qualified Level 2 gym instructor, to lead fitness classes in my spare time. My course provided me the dance knowledge needed for my role, as well as highlighting my dedication to the field and resources to promote myself in professional networks/ working environments.
"Volunteer as much as possible performing various tasks both practical and administrative tasks to show future employers you are well-rounded and have vast experience in all aspects of dance that they may need to call upon."
