Personal statement

I have a background in Education - my early career was as a lecturer in Further Education before I experienced life in the private sector and the NHS. This then shaped my passion for continuous learning and development to support individual and organisational growth.

I have commissioned, designed and delivered many learning and development interventions from communication skills to leadership development.
