As part of our Professorial Lecture Series, Professor of English Literature Ian Gadd gave a talk at the Holburne Museum on the 'Forgotten History of the Dog-Ear'. Tracing the practice from the early Modern period to the present day, Ian explored how to answer a divisive question: damage or devotion?

Bath Spa's influential MIX conference series returns again to Corsham Court in 2019, with a focus on experiential storytelling, including immersive technologies and new forms of publishing, ranging from transmedia and poetry film, to virtual reality to AI.
