Get paid to undertake a project-based, digital internship, and support local businesses and charities during this challenging time.
The University is working closely with local businesses to find diverse and rewarding internship opportunities that will support the requirements of local businesses while also offering you the chance to develop your skills and gain remote work experience.
Projects will cover a variety of topics and may include, but not be limited to:
- Social media management
- Design work
- Music-based projects.
These digital internships will be up to 50 hours in total, part-time up to 15 hours per week (if in term time), and are to be completed by 31 July 2020. They provide a unique opportunity to prepare for a digital age where virtual working will become more common, and are a way of enabling you to prosper in the graduate market.
Keep an eye out in the coming weeks as we'll begin to advertise specific projects across social media and the careers newsletter.
You'll also be able to find opportunities via the ‘Digital Internship’ tab on MyCareer. Please follow this link to register your interest:
Alternatively, if you know of a local volunteering opportunity in your area, please submit the details to email@example.com – you may be able to be paid for it as part of the Digital Internships Scheme.
