Who will deal with my Student Support enquiry?

All cases that come into the Student Assistance Programme's phone lines are managed by their Case Managers, who are all qualified and experienced mental health practitioners. This means they can understand the root causes of an emotional issue and help with referral to the most appropriate service.

When a Case Manager takes an initial call from you, they’ll become your dedicated Case Manager. Your dedicated Case Manager will be the main point of contact for any query or issue you have. They will be the one who oversees your case from start to finish.

When you contact the service, please inform them that you’re from Bath Spa University. You can request to speak with a female or male practitioner, someone from a diverse community or someone with specific LGBTQ+ knowledge.
