Reference: Bath Spa University Complaints policy

Please note that the General Complaints Procedure is for members of the public to submit a complaint about Bath Spa University, its services, staff or students.

Students who wish to make a complaint should use the Student Complaints Form. We cannot accept Complaints Forms submitted on a student's behalf, but a student may later nominate a third party to represent them in any formal investigations or meetings.

University employees who wish to make a complaint about another staff member should raise their concerns through the HR Grievance procedure (via the intranet).
