Please use the appropriate form and procedure

The Student Complaint Procedure can only be used by current or former students who wish to make a complaint.

We cannot accept Complaints Forms submitted on a student's behalf, but a student may later nominate a third party to represent them in any formal investigations or meetings.

Members of the public who would like to make a complaint about Bath Spa University, its services, staff, or students, should refer to the General Complaints Procedure.

University employees who wish to make a complaint about another staff member should raise their concerns through the HR Grievance Procedure (via the intranet).
