Our Career Essentials Workshops cover our most popular topics in greater detail than time at an appointment would allow. Find out how to master your CV and cover letter, ace an interview, access the hidden jobs market, prepare for freelancing work, explore postgraduate study options, and so much more.
Check-Ins
We run weekly check-ins on a variety of different subjects so that you can simply stop by without needing to book or make an appointment and get the help you need. Take your time, too, as there's no constraints on when you need to arrive or leave by.

Employer in the Foyer
Come and say hi to your possible future employer, either in the Commons Atrium at Newton Park or in The Street at Locksbrook.
These ad-hoc events give you the chance to chat to representatives from businesses from all over the country, gain insight into what working for their company would be like, explore different industries that you may be interested in, and even get tips for catering your application for the business' needs so that you'll be top of the pile when opportunity comes around.
