Dr Joy is a Senior Lecturer at BSU London. She has taught different modules in business management, and leads and develop modules within the Business School. She also supervises dissertations at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has supported teaching and learning in different roles in higher education since 2015, and is proficient in using varieties of teaching techniques and technology. Before joining Bath Spa University, Joy was a lecturer at the University of Greenwich.

Research area
Financial Deepening and Bank Performance in the Nigerian Banking System: Case from Mergers and Acquisitions. The research was focused on the impact of Mergers and Acqusitions on banks’ lending ability, depositors confidence and bank performance, using Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods.
