National Student Survey

We value your feedback on your experience here at Bath Spa.

The National Student Survey (NSS) opens on Monday 28 January, and you can complete it on the National Student Survey website after this date. As a thank you, everyone who takes the survey will have the opportunity to claim up to £10, or choose to donate it to charity.

If you take the survey by the end of February, you'll get £10. Take it after this date, and you can get £5. More details below.

The 2019 survey will be open to final year undergraduates from Monday 28 January until Tuesday 30 April.

Watch the video below to learn more about the survey and how you can have your say.

Why take the NSS?

The survey is a vital source of invaluable feedback for the University about your course, used to drive improvements. Your opinions matter and can lead to real change within Bath Spa.

"Take the opportunity to tell Bath Spa what you think about your academic experience"

Ryan Lucas, Students' Union President

How to claim your £10 or donate it to charity.

As a way of saying thank you for completing the National Student Survey, the University is offering £10 to everyone who completes it before the end of February, and £5 to those who take it by Monday 30 April.

If you would prefer, the University will make a donation of the equivalent amount on your behalf to Genesis Trust, a local charity who support homeless and vulnerable people in Bath.

Once you have completed the survey, you will get a confirmation email from Ipsos Mori. Please forward your confirmation email to nss@bathspa.ac.uk, indicating if you would like to claim the money or donate it to Genesis Trust. You will then receive a response with details of what to do next.
