Bath Spa University is committed to ethical standards of business conduct and adopts a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery and corruption.
The University will uphold all relevant laws for countering fraud, bribery and corruption including the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 and the Bribery Act 2010.
The University has a number of policies and procedures which support us in preventing, detecting and reporting fraud, bribery and corruption.

If a member of the University staff or a student (but also anyone else, including a member of the public) has a concern that an incident of fraud may have occurred, they can contact us in the following ways:
