What is Ultra?

All students at BSU have access to our online Virtual Learning Environment, Ultra. It can be accessed 24 hours a day, on or off campus.

Designed to support your learning experience – both online and in-person – Ultra is where you’ll find everything you need to study. It will:

  • Allow your tutors and programme leaders to contact you through announcements, messages and notifications
  • Enable learning through discussion threads, polls, surveys and forums
  • Provide access to support from the Library, ASk and Careers
  • Allow you to access and share learning resources like documents, presentations, worksheets and videos
  • Deliver feedback through assignments, tests and quizzes.

How can I access Ultra?

As a BSU student, you can access Ultra through your browser or via the MyBathSpa app. It's where you'll find all your programme and module information, resources and essential assessment information.

Your 'Programme' page contains core information about your programme of study including the Programme Document (DPD).

Your 'Module' pages provide key information about the module, including core resources and essential information about your assessments.
