We can't wait to welcome you to the next Bath Spa University Open Day. Sign up for one of our events below, or take a virtual tour when it suits you.

Undergraduate open days

Our Open Days have been planned to provide you with all the information you need: course presentations, Q+A sessions and campus tours, giving you a taste of what Bath Spa has to offer. If you're unable to attend our on-campus events, you can choose to attend one of our virtual events instead.

What to expect

Find out about your course

You’ll be able to speak to staff and students about the course you're thinking of studying. You can also watch a talk specific to the subject you're interested in.

Talk to current students

Our Student Ambassadors will be on hand to answer your questions about what being at Bath Spa University is like.

Ask about student life

During the day there will be a series of talks that provide key information about accommodation, jobs, finance, wellbeing and fees.

Staff working in services such as finance, accommodation and student wellbeing will be available to answer any questions you may have relating to being a student at Bath Spa University.

Covid-19 safety measures

The safety of our visitors, students and staff is of the utmost importance, and every effort must be made to keep these events Covid secure. Therefore, we're asking visitors to:

  • not travel to the Open Day if you, or a member of your household, has symptoms of COVID-19 or is isolating
  • regularly clean your hands and use hand sanitisation stations in buildings.

Undergraduate Offer Holder Days

For applicants who aren't invited to an interview, audition or portfolio review, there's an opportunity to join us at an Offer Holder Day. These applicant visit days include in-depth course talks, campus and facilities tours, and more. Eligible offer holders will be invited by email.

Upcoming Offer Holder Days

There are no further Offer Holder Days for applicants with a 2022 entry this year. Dates for applicants applying for 2023 entry will be available later in the year.

If you're an applicant who has applied for a course which does not require an interview, audition or portfolio review, you can access our virtual Offer Holder Day by emailing be@bathspa.ac.uk with your name and UCAS or Bath Spa ID.

Postgraduate open days

The Postgraduate Open Days will give you everything you need to know about taking the next step in your education. With course presentations, Q+A sessions and campus tours, we'll show you what Bath Spa has to offer to Master's students. Don't forget, if you can't make it to an event in person, you can always come to one of our virtual sessions instead.

PGCE and teacher education events

Our Teacher Education information events are an opportunity for you to meet Teacher Education teams and find out all the information you need to know about Teacher Education at Bath Spa University. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions about entry requirements, fees and funding, routes into teaching, or other areas, to help inform decisions about the next steps for you.

You’ll be able to speak to staff in live sessions, and ask any questions you might have about becoming a teacher.

We offer sessions on each of our Teacher Education programmes, including:

  • Early Years Initial Teacher Training
  • Primary and Early Years
  • All secondary subjects
  • Schools Direct, Teach First and Assessment Only

You'll be able to move across various sessions in our virtual environment, so you can get a taste of each programme you're interested in.
