Study abroad: semester or year
You can study in a wide range of locations around the world. Our students have studied all over the world in countries including China, Denmark and Russia. Head to our exchange opportunities pages for more information.
Global Citizenship Programme
Get a fresh perspective by working towards the Global Citizenship award, alongside studying for your undergraduate degree. The programme includes lectures and seminars given by internationally renowned speakers. Home and EU students will undertake an international placement, and are eligible for a £1,000 Global Citizenship Scholarship.
This is an extra-curricular course that you have to apply for during the first week of term. The deadline to apply for the 2021/22 academic year is Wednesday 13 October.
Two steps ahead
Combined degree options
As well as offering specialist, single honours degrees, many of our undergraduate programmes can be studied as part of a combined award. What does that mean? If you don’t want to limit yourself to just one undergraduate programme, we’ll let you combine two.
Earn while you learn
Be part of a school team from day one with School Direct. Open to high quality graduates, you may be eligible for a bursary or scholarship. Or, if you have at least three years’ work experience, you could even earn a salary while you train.
Got leadership potential? Teach First combines teacher training and a fully-funded PGCE with one-to-one coaching. You’ll develop the skills and qualities to be an inspirational teacher.
Don’t have A-levels? Don’t panic. We have a number of different entry routes. You may be able to secure a place on one of our courses with your experience or previous qualifications.
Mature student entry
Thinking of returning to education after a break from studying? You'll be in good company – many of our students are mature students. You don't have to have traditional qualifications such as A-levels to be a student here, we have lots of different entry routes.
Professional Masters’ Programme (PMP)
Our PMP is a flexible MA level programme with various routes for busy education professionals.
