Supporting our staff community
In 2021/22 we:
- Delivered 22 learning and development courses to 576 members of staff
- Delivered 193 digital development workshops
- Trained over 60 staff members as Mental Health First Aiders
- Carried out two staff surveys
- Supported six staff equality networks
We hosted 33 equality and diversity events, including:
- Black History Month
- LGBTQIA+ history and awareness
- Disability History Month
- Equality Week
- International Women’s Day
