We offer a range of career support services for our students and recent graduates, from guiding them into employment and further study, to taking the next step in their career.

Whatever degree they choose, students can take a Professional Placement Year between their second and third years. They can also broaden their horizons by working or studying abroad.

BSU has partnered with Adobe to become an Adobe Creative Campus. This means that students have full access to the entire Adobe Creative Suite to use throughout their studies.

From student allotments to helping hedgehogs, there are a range of environmental societies and activities that students can get involved in to help protect our environment.

Our 24/7 services team is here to signpost students in the right direction. Students can access a range of Student Wellbeing Services, as well as long-term support.

We have a growing number of accredited Care Dogs that get involved in events, drop-in sessions and wellbeing walks.

From grants and short-term loans to low-cost hot meals, free period products and on-campus food larders, we’ve got a range of services and support to help students manage their money.

The Accommodation team is here to support students at every stage – from applying to settling in and making friends.
