Personal statement
Annalie Grainger worked in children's publishing, first as a Commissioning Editor and then as an Editorial Director of Fiction, for more than fifteen years.
She has a Master's in Creative Writing and is the author of two books for young adults. Her debut CAPTIVE was shortlisted for the Branford Boase Award for best debut novel, as well as being selected as as one of The Telegraph’s best YA books of the year.
